In this class you'll feel your badass self show up! Every class is a win bringing you techniqes that help you produce more strength, power, muscle activaion and FUN in your workout!


Ever thought about trying sprints? Now, don't run away... you can sprint on a bike, rower, ski erg and even sliders! No running is required for sprinting - just your kickass self! Sprints are excellent for cutting fat without sacrificing muscle mass! So we aim to knock out you strength and cardio for fat loss in 1 hour of class for your sweet booty mass! :)


Parking: Park at 1125 17th Street Garage. It's a silver building and it goes underground(lots of parking structures in the area). Parking is validated so make sure to park here! Then headup to the main floor and the gym is on the left side. I will be in the(only) workout room just past the treadmills. Feel free to arrive 5-10 min early to warm up with a walk on the treadmills or a light bike ride.
