UT Health Employees - How do we do inter-office charges?

Please have your manager/director complete an interoffice charge form with Brittany Ray, Trauma Service Educator brittany.ray04@uthet.com. Once interoffice charges have been completed, you will receive a discount code that waives the online fee to complete your registration.

I paid myself, but my manager said I can complete an interoffice charge. How do I get a refund?

You can process a refund for your registration you paid personally, less the cost of Eventbrite fees by clicking the request refund option on your paid ticket up to 14 days prior to the event. You will then need to re-register using the code your manager provides.

Can I come on a different day than the ticket I purchased?

Not without prior approval. Seating is limited and tickets are sold by the day to ensure we have enough space for everyone. Attempts for ticket transfers to another individual are possible up to 7 days prior to the event.

Can I request a special diet?

Some dietary restrictions may be able to be accommodated with enough notice, but not all dietary requests are possible given the venue. Please email brittany.ray04@uthet.com prior to 7/1/25 to discuss dietary accommodations. Participants are welcome to bring their own meals/snacks as well.
