About this event

Are you ready to visit other cities and countries but don't know where to start?

Try HOSTELLING!

Hostelling is great way to travel sustainably! But you probably have some questions if you've never stayed in a hostel - and HI USA is ready to answer them!

H I USA is the EXPERT on hostelling. As part of the International Youth Hostel Federation (Hostelling International), we are a nonprofit association dedicated to the advancement of travel as a way to bridge cultural divides.

Join our interactive Kahoot! workshop and learn about hostels and hostelling through hostel trivia! At the end, we will have time for any questions you may have about hostels and/or hostelling.

We will focus on topics like...

  • What is a hostel
  • The benefits of staying in a hostel
  • How to plan for a hostel stay

All attendees are eligible to receive a one-year HI USA membership in return for sharing feedback after the presentation.

Three (3) attendees will receive a HI USA gift based on Kahoot! scores!

Get ready to make memories all over the world!

For more than 90 years, HI USA has been the country’s leading hostel brand. We bring travelers together locally and from around the world, and that’s just the start. From local tours and curated travel experiences to events and experiential learning programs, HI USA strives to bring moments of cultural enrichment & understanding to everyone who stays with us or joins one of our events. We believe in the power of travel to foster a deeper understanding of people, places, and the world around – in fact, it’s our nonprofit mission.

We welcome your support! If you like our programming or hostels and wish to contribute, whether with your feedback, as a future speaker or with a donation, your help is appreciated. Please visit our website to contact us. You can offer a tax-deductible donation at hiusa.org/donate.
