For a third year in a row, a live stream broadcast of the 3-day Global Community of Practice Gathering will be made available. To further engage Bible Societies and partners around the world, we are welcoming organizations that are unable to attend the live event to host viewing parties of the live stream in their community.

To host a viewing of the Global COP Live Stream, here are some things to consider:

• Do you have 5-10 people in your community or organization interested in viewing the live stream?
• Do you have a space large enough to host your viewers?
• Do you have internet access and the ability to project the live stream in your location?

If you answered yes to these questions, we would love for you to consider hosting a viewing party. To let us know, please register your organization or location as a Host Site.

• Laptop/computer
• HDMI adaptor for laptop, to connect projector
• Internet access
• Chairs/tables
• Pens and paper for notetaking

The Global Community of Practice Gathering provides an opportunity for professionals and practitioners in biblical trauma care to join hands in order to increase their effectiveness. This year’s COP Gathering will focus on the theme of trauma and healing in the family. You will hear from a wide range of global speakers about the family's vulnerability to trauma as well as family restoration, with sessions focusing on abuse in the home, trauma and healing in military families, and Trauma Healing for at-risk teenagers. The program also will include THI updates, Trauma Healing testimonies from around the world, and specialized tracks for newcomers, Trauma Healing facilitators, and organizational leaders.
