Horses `101: The Basics

Join us for an afternoon on the farm with horses.

Learn basic skills:

Catching, leading, tying, body condition, assessing for injuries or illness, identifying common illnesses and first aid for them, and the basics of feeding for optimal health.

Stay after the clinic for smores around the campfire and maybe even a visit from the jolly man from the North Pole!

*This event is best for ages 10 and up due to the hands-on nature of the clinic.

*This event is rain or shine in an area that is not climate controlled. Please dress appropriately for your comfort. Close toed shoes or boots are required.
