Hope + Health 5K Trail Run

Expect a fun run through a carved out nature trail! Along the way you will encounter a few (optional)beginner obstacles. We embrace with the dog agility course offers! Embrace the outdoors means plan to get your feet a little muddy. Parking available on site.

This event is raising money for local programs that support women in recovery. We would love it if you came with some cash (or venmo) to participate in raffles, mini service stations and vendor sales.
