"Where there is sorrow, there is holy ground." Oscar Wilde

Join us Wednesday, December 3rd, for Honoring Our Grief, a powerful in-person workshop in facilitated by Brittney Williams, Sonya Morrison, and Nia Mora is designed to help Black women and men reconnect with ancient healing traditions for grief and emotional release.

Through guided breathwork, storytelling, and the sacred art of spiritual handwashing, this immersive experience offers a safe, nurturing space to acknowledge your sorrow, move it through the body, and transform pain into peace. Together, we’ll remember the rituals our ancestors practiced, rituals that capitalism and slavery once stripped away, and reawaken our right to mourn, release, and heal in community.

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Need practical and spiritual tools to process grief.
  • Desire communal support from others who understand your pain.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, supported, and restored.
