What is the Schedule of Workshops and how do I Select the ones I want?

Important: Be sure emails from "Reuben and Tessa" show in INBOX, not Spam

What if it rains?

This is a rain-or-shine event. We’ll have tents, covered areas, and indoor spaces as needed. Please dress for the weather and check your email for any last-minute updates.

Is this event family-friendly?

Yes! We welcome families and children. Kids 12 and under attend with a ticketed adult—just reserve a $5 child ticket so we can plan seating. Children 2 and under are free. All child tickets include the farm-fresh breakfast buffet.

Can I buy food or products at the event?

Absolutely! Our farm store and vendor marketplace features locally made food, herbal products, books, ferments, and more. Bring cash or cards to support these amazing creators.

Are meals included?

A light farm-fresh breakfast buffet is included with your ticket. Lunch tickets are available for purchase. Our Farm Store will be open with drinks, snacks, and sourdough pastries throughout the day.

Do you accommodate special diets?

We aim to offer real, clean food with simple ingredients. While we can’t guarantee allergy-free options, we’ll label items and offer gluten-free and dairy-light choices when possible.

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook, water bottle, and a readiness to learn. Some sessions are hands-on, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking or outdoor activities.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, but we are still a rustic, outside venue. Be prepared for a few bumps over gravel or paving stones.

When can I choose my specific workshops?

You’ll get to pick from multiple sessions, but can’t attend them all. Each attendee will enjoy hands-on experiences. We’ll email you in early August to choose your workshops—some fill fast, so register early for best selection! You MUST have a ticket to Select your workshops.
