About this event

Wonton wrappers can be a great resource for those on the homestead or in the city who want to use food in creative ways. Wonton wrappers are great to use for appetizers and desserts when you want to impress family and friends! This holiday, incorporate wonton wrappers into your holiday get-togethers.

In this hands-on class, we will cover 4 different wonton wrapper techniques. Participants will prepare the following dishes: Chinese Wonton Soup, Korean Wontons (Mandu), Baked Crab Rangoon, and Apple Cheesecake Wontons.

Participants will gain knowledge of how to use wonton wrappers to create their unique recipes and prevent food waste by repurposing leftover meats, grains, veggies, and fruits.
