Homes Without Violence

Overview

Join us for a panel discussion regarding intimate partner violence and housing insecurity.

Welcome to Homes Without Violence! Join us on November 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM for a panel discussion with Aislinn Clancy, MPP for the Green Party and influential community delegates for conversations around the intersection of intimate partner violence (IPV) and housing insecurity

IPV is more than an individualistic problem. It is a systemic and structural issue that impacts many people within our community. A major consequence of IPV is housing insecurity since many survivors are forced to leave their homes, possessions and support networks to escape the abuse. Most survivors leave with little to no notice, thus putting them in danger of homelessness or housing insecurity.
