So happy to find out that Chef Roger is teaching classes for the public again! I’m a long-time fan from pre-COVID days. His classes are fun, practical and hands-on. He will teach you the recipes but also give recommendations on products & ingredients from his long experience as a professional chef. You will come away from the class with some good recipes along with a hefty serving of cooking knowledge.
