Homegrown: A Carolina Malt Showcase

Join us during CLT Craft Beer Week as we showcase beverages that use local, North Carolina grown ingredients as their canvas!

On Thursday 10/23, Carolina Beer Temple will welcome Aaron Gloss, founder of Carolina Malt House, for an interactive malt experience like no other. There will be a sensory evaluation on local grains as well as a curated beer tap list featuring Carolina Malt.

From 6 - 8 PM, stay for an in-depth panel discussion moderated by Advanced Cicerone® Chris Leguizamon and featuring various beer producers on using local ingredients, the impact of sourcing, and intentionality behind the beers. For guests attending, we will be offering taster pours of each of the producers beers so you can sample through all of the featured panel brews!
