Home Again is a gentle but powerful breath-led yoga experience designed to help women rebuild trust, mobility, and ease within their bodies. No matter your age, flexibility level, or how long it’s been since you’ve moved with intention, you’ll be guided step-by-step into deeper presence, safety, and self-connection.
What to Expect
This 90-minute experience blends science-backed nervous system work with mindful movement:
• Guided Breathwork (Foundation)
Learn to use your breath to calm your nervous system, reduce tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
• Dynamic Vinyasa (Mobility + Strength)
A gentle, beginner-friendly flow that restores confidence, improves functional mobility, and supports your body without force.
• Yin Yoga (Release + Realignment)
Deep, restorative stretching for hips and chest — the places where stress, emotion, and life often settle.
