✔ A journal + pen
✔ A candle (or any item that helps you drop inward)
✔ Tea or water
✔ A comfortable place where you can move your body  (yoga mat, cozy corner, or anywhere your nervous system feels safe)
✔ Comfortable clothing

Yes... gentle, intuitive movement to help you tune your vessel and shift your energy. Nothing intense, just enough to help the body open and the mind soften.
