Make sure to avoid eating 1.5hrs to 2 hours before breath work to give you space to take full breaths. It's not comfy & difficult to breath on a full stomach!

Holotropic breath work is contraindicated with people who have cardiovascular issues, are pregnant, severe psychiatric disorders, and seizures. Please speak with your medical provider to confirm that holotropic breath work is deemed safe by your medical provider if you have any hesitations.

Community breathwork will start at 7:10pm, however please arrive early to mix and mingle and get settled into the space! Please bring a mat & blanket to make yourself comfy- a pillow if you need for under your legs, as you will be lying down for the class.

Holotropic breathwork is a 3 part breath. You will be guided to breath continuously for around 28 mins guided to intentionally selected music to help you drop into your body.

You will be provided an eye mask to focus on your own experience during the breath work. After class you will have opportunity to share about your experience if you wish to do so with the class.
