Holosomatic Breathwork Workshop
Overview
Holosomatic Breathwork: A Whole-Body Healing Journey
Holosomatic Breathwork is a therapeutic, trauma-informed practice that weaves conscious breathing with somatic awareness to support deep healing, self-inquiry, and emotional release. “Holosomatic” means whole-body—honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, breath, and spirit. Through guided breath patterns, music, and gentle facilitation, participants can access and unwind stored tension, surface unconscious material, and leave with greater clarity and vitality.
What you’ll experience
- Conscious Breathing: Intentional patterns that open awareness and shift state.
- Somatic Awareness: Listening to the body to notice, soften, and release tension.
- Emotional Release: Safe space for feelings to move and integrate.
- Integration: Grounding practices to carry insights into daily life.
How to prepare
- What’s provided: Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye covers (bring your own if you prefer).

- Food & substances: Avoid a large meal beforehand; please skip alcohol, cannabis, and other substances for 24 hours prior.
- Journal: Bring a notebook/pen for post-journey insights.
- Snack: A protein-rich snack for grounding after.
- Time: Leave spaciousness before/after so you don’t have to rush.
Health & Safety
Read carefully and reach out if you’re unsure.
Please be mindful of your mental, physical and emotional capacity to enter into this embodiment and altered-state practice. If you are working with active trauma and do not feel well supported, this workshop may not be the right fit for you at this time. Briana Lynn is a trauma-informed practitioner, but this is not a 1:1 container or therapy space.

Mobility Considerations
This event is located on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, in a building that does not have an elevator.
This style of breathwork is typically practiced lying down on the floor, but modifications with cushions, props, or certain types of chairs can be made for comfort and/or necessity. If you have mobility concerns, please reach out in advance so we can work together to find supportive solutions.
It’s always wise to consult a healthcare professional before incorporating breathwork into your practices—especially with medications or underlying conditions.
