Holosomatic Breathwork with Juliana

By Juliana Stoddart

Overview

A somatic breathwork experience to regulate your system, reconnect with yourself, expand your consciousness, and access deeper intuition.

Holosomatic Breathwork Journey

Reconnect with your body’s intelligence. Reclaim your power.

Most people live disconnected from their body’s innate intelligence, caught in constant thinking, efforting, and managing. Holosomatic breathwork offers a direct way out of that pattern, guiding you into a deeper, embodied state of awareness where clarity, self-trust, and healing can naturally emerge.

This session uses conscious connected breathing, combined with music, sound, and gentle movement, to shift your physiology and support nervous system regulation. As the breath opens new internal pathways, the body is given space to release stored stress and emotion, while consciousness expands beyond everyday awareness. No prior breathwork experience is required.

This practice is accessible to all experience levels, whether you are new to breathwork or have an established practice.

What to Expect

Breathwork can be deeply physical, emotional, and transcendent. Each session unfolds uniquely, but common experiences include:

  • A sense of deep relaxation and stress relief
  • Emotional release and greater emotional regulation
  • Increased clarity, insight, and self-trust
  • A stronger connection to your inner guidance and intuition
  • Expanded states of awareness and profound presence
  • Greater somatic awareness (awareness of the sensations and stories in your body)
  • More access to creativity and inspiration
  • Increased connection to your loved ones and greater community
  • Enhanced sense of purpose

My role as your facilitator is to guide and support you throughout the journey, helping you feel safe, grounded, and encouraged to move through discomfort if it arises.

Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing

Scientific research has shown that circular breathing can:

  • Support parasympathetic nervous system activation, promoting relaxation
  • Improve mood by increasing endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals
  • Reduce anxiety, stress, and symptoms of depression
  • Enhance breathing efficiency and immune response
  • Support pain relief through natural endorphin release
  • Improve sleep quality and increase overall energy levels

Beyond these physical benefits, many participants also experience profound emotional, mental, and spiritual shifts, including:

  • Emotional healing and release of grief or stored trauma
  • Increased self-love and more connected relationships
  • Feelings of joy, peace, and inner stillness
  • Expanded states of consciousness and clarity
  • A deeper sense of meaning, connection, and purpose

While science is still catching up, these experiences have been reported consistently by myself and countless others practicing breathwork.

Preparation

To get the most out of your experience:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Avoid heavy meals beforehand (ideally no food 2 hours prior)
  • Bring water, a journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable
