What do I need to bring with me

Attendees should bring a government-issued ID, court records or case information, proof of residence, and any relevant legal history documents.

The event offers a gated parking lot with free parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available on Seward Street.

What Services are Offered at an Expungement Event

When you confirm your attendance, you will have access to 5 Areas at our Expungement event: Check-in Area, Intake Area, Livescan Area, Declaration Area, and Check Out Area.

I signed up as a walk in. What do I need to do to receive service?

You must complete an intake form, pass prescreening, have convictions in LA County, not be on parole, and be a U.S. resident. While you can access the intake and live scan areas, full service, which includes declaration drafting, is not guaranteed depending on event capacity.
