  • How to balance your plate for holistic health and fitness
  • How to easily prepare several whole food dishes you can make in minutes and prep for the week
  • Gain practical ways to start cooking and eating healthier
  • Meal Prep demos and nutrition education

** Each guest will be emailed a summer recipe packet and guidebook afterward.

What happens if the College cancels a class?

Mid Michigan College reserves the right to cancel any class or camp for any reason at the discretion of the College. In the case of the College canceling a class, registrants are contacted, and a 100% refund will be processed.

What happens if I choose to withdraw from a class?

In the case that a registrant chooses to withdraw from a class up to five business days prior to the initial start date; a refund for the cost of the class will be processed at that time. No refund is given after that deadline. Service fees will not be refunded in this event.
