Instructor Bio
Dana is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT-200), Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), Reiki practitioner, and firm believer that nourishment comes in many forms. She currently teaches group and private yoga, meditation, and holistic nutrition in studios, gyms, and wellness centers as well as in residential and corporate settings across New York City and the Tri-state area. Her goal is to support her students and clients in living their happiest, healthiest most fulfilled lives, which she believes happens when the symphony of mind, body, and spirit are in complete harmony.
