About Your Teacher 🧘
Karen is a 600-hour registered yoga teacher, retreat host, astrologer, and Reiki energy worker with 6+ years of experience facilitating wellness experiences both internationally and locally. Karen completed her yoga studies in the US and India. She teaches in vinyasa, hatha, restorative and nidra styles, focusing her offerings on the ancient and mystical teachings that aid us in liberation from suffering. In addition to the physical asana (postures), her yoga classes incorporate a rich combination of other yogic practices including meditation, breathwork, and mantra (soundwork).
