Each session is intentionally designed to take you on a journey — from grounding into your body and breath, to activating the nervous system through neuro drills and dynamic movement, to building strength, balance, and flow in a full-spectrum workout that teaches your body how to handle controlled stress with grace and resilience.
Expect to be challenged physically, but also invited inward — learning how to regulate your system, connect with your energy, and breathe through resistance. This is a space where fitness meets emotional intelligence, where healing meets activation.

Sherrie Carnicle is a holistic wellness coach, fitness and lifestyle transformation specialist, and founder of Evogenex. With over two decades of experience, she integrates movement, mindset, and nervous system regulation to guide women into lasting transformation — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Her approach blends strength training with somatic tools and mindful practices, helping clients not only build resilience and confidence, but also feel aligned and empowered on an energetic level. Sherrie creates a safe, uplifting space for women to reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves, and rise into their most grounded, vibrant self.
