Holiday Open House at Edge of the Woods Nursery

Join some of our staff members to celebrate the holiday season! We will be hosting a holiday open house on December 6, 2025 from 12pm to 3pm. We will provide hot chocolate, water, and some other non-alcoholic beverages as well as some cookies and light snacks. We would love if those who are able could bring a treat to share, but please do not feel obligated. As long as there is no ordinance, we will plan to have a campfire to gather around.

You can make a swag or wreath with natural materials that we gather around the nursery including various evergreens, berries, pinecones, dogwood stems, and more. We also have bows you can use! (If you want to make a wreath please bring your own form -- we do not have any to share). Feel free to bring along any supplies you want, but we will have floral wire and cutters for making swags. You can also make a winter pinecone bird feeder -- this is especially fun for kids, but we all love them!

This is FREE to attend, but we just ask you register so we have an idea of how many folks may show up and so we can contact you in the event we have to cancel due to weather or emergency! If you bring your family or friends, please register for each person 10 years old and older. We will contact you at the email you provide at registration if we need to cancel, so please provide an email you check regularly.
