Through shared circles and structured supervision, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen insight into your work, connect with peers, and log group supervision hours recognised by ACA. Grounding practices such as gentle movement and breathwork will help you return to your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate presence.
A nourishing catered lunch and afternoon tea are included, giving you time to rest and connect in community throughout the day.
