#HOGClarkPH Raffle Day 1

Happening On the Green (HOG) is a festival rooted in Clark’s unique cultural heritage. Inspired by the Americana-style military fairs that were iconic in the 1970s to 1990s during the US base era, HOG is reimagined as a modern Filipino community picnic fair that honors the past while embracing the present.

This family-oriented event features themed zones, pop-up markets, cultural showcases, music, games, and activities designed to foster nostalgia, creativity, and togetherness.

🎟️ Registration is limited to ONE (1) per person. Each registration entitles you to ONE (1) raffle entry.

Eligibility

1. The raffle is open to all individuals who sign up for this Clark Family Weekend Picnic Day Surprise Eventbrite registration during the event period.
2. Each registered participant will receive one (1) raffle entry. Duplicate entries will not be honored.

Raffle Draw

1. All registered participants will automatically be included in the raffle draw.
2. Exciting prizes await lucky winners drawn during the program.
3. A participant must be physically present at the event venue when their name is called to claim the prize.
   Failure to appear within five (5) minutes after the name is called will result in forfeiture of the prize.
   The raffle will continue until all prizes are claimed.

Claiming of Prizes

1. Winners must present a valid ID and/or their raffle stub/registration confirmation (digital or printed copy) to claim their prize.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Disputes

1. The decision of the Raffle Committee is final and irrevocable.
2. Any dispute or issue arising during the conduct of the raffle shall be resolved by the Committee in accordance with the guidelines of the event.
3. The organizers reserve the right to verify the identity of participants and winners to ensure the integrity of the raffle.

Force Majeure

1. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including but not limited to natural calamities, severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), the raffle draw and/or the Clark Family Weekend Picnic may be postponed, shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.
   
2. Should such circumstances arise, the organizers shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by participants.
   

Other Provisions

1. By joining the raffle, participants agree to allow the organizers to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
2. The organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these mechanics as necessary for the smooth conduct of the event.
