About the Class

This will be self defense class centered around conflict de-escalation.

Then with your partner we will go over some basic techniques to help diffuse if someone were to grab you or attack you.

There will be hands-on instruction to help you get the techniques down correctly. The basis of this class will not be strikes and throws. The core of this class would be how can most effectively get away from an attacker and get yourself to a place of safety.
