After nearly a decade absent, the Award-Winning Provincetown legend returns with an All New Show of LIVE Vocal Impressions, Tributes plus his Global Hit: ‘FASHIONISTA.’His New show consisting of classic and contemporary tributes: CHER, ELVIS, ADELE, STEVIE NICKS, LANA DEL RAY, LIZA MINNELLI, JUDY GARLAND, BETTE DAVIS, SHIRLEY BASSEY, DIANA ROSS, BILLIE HOLIDAY, EARTHA KITT and other surprises…

In his absence, James went on to win coveted awards: The M.A.C. Award (Manhattan Assoc. of Cabaret Performers), The Backstage Magazine Award, The New York Glammy Award also including The Provincetown Lifetime Achievement Award.

The title of his New Show: ‘HISTORY REPEATING’ comes from the Shirley Bassey electronic dance hit whose instrumental was given to James personally by it’s music producer Alex Gifford of The Propeller Heads. It is the actual Dame Shirley Bassey track she used to record the hit. In addition to his Legendary Voices he’ll be singing his own hit ‘FASHIONISTA’ and opening the show with a a song he wrote as a love letter to Provincetown entitled ‘SUMMER SUN.’

History will definitely be repeating when Jimmy James finally returns to Provincetown after 8 years missing, to the venue where it all started for him in 1986 - The Pilgrim House Showroom at SAGE. Nobody does it like Jimmy James. He’s the Real Deal! A Singer-Songwriter, Impressionist, Performance Artist and Award-Winning Entertainer.
