Join us on November 14th at Iron City Distilling for a truly unique and spirited evening celebrating the return of the Three-Chamber Still—a piece of Pennsylvania distilling history. Guests will be the first in the public to ever taste our aged whiskey from the three-chamber still. Dinner will also be provided (menu below). Whiskey historian Laura Fields along with Master Distiller Matt Strickland will share the fascinating history of Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, the use of the chamber still and the revival of Keystone Rosen Rye, a varietal of rye grain with important roots in PA's whiskey traditions that until recently was nearly extinct.

Our lounge-style seating is first come, first served, with options like couches and bar stools while supplies last. Specific seating isn’t guaranteed, so arrive early for your preferred spot!

Dinner Menu:
Sliced Sirloin of Beef with Mushroom Sauce, Chicken Romano, Broccoli, Bacon and Cheddar Salad, Pasta with Pink Sauce, Signature Red Potatoes, and a Valos Whiskey Turtle.

Must be 21+ to purchase a ticket.Parking is available behind the brewery. Be sure to follow the signage provided around the brewery.
