Event description

Description

There is a growing number of people interested in History and Philosophy of Programming in and around London. The plan for the meeting is to get together, talk briefly about our ongoing research and research interests, exchange ideas and retreat to a nearby pub for an informal chat.

We plan to make an exact plan for the meeting depending on the number of people interested in joining us. However, if you are working on reserch related to history and philosophy of programming or computing, we would like to give you some space to do a brief presentation or talk about your work. The idea is to learn about what others in and around London are doing, start new conversations and see if there is enough people for a community around history and philosophy of programming!
