Historically Local: Beyond the Trail of Tears-The Council Grove Story

This Historically Local evening will be with Ace Greenwood a Native American Storyteller. Beyond the Trail of Tears: The Council Grove Story will provide the opportunity to learn about the Council Grove history through a Native American lens.

Ace Greenwood is a professional Native American dancer, cultural ambassador, and educator based in Oklahoma. As a member of the Chickasaw Nation, he has served as the FAM Cultural Ambassador at the First Americans Museum , performed with various Native American dance theaters and with Lyric Theater, and is currently with Tushka Himita.
