Hips, Core and Pelvic Floor: A 6-Week Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Program for women.
Join us for a 45-minute small group class designed exclusively for expecting, postpartum moms or women who want to increase the hip, core and pelvic floor health. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pelvic health specialist Dr. Rebecca Jones, this class focuses on rebuilding and protecting the areas most impacted by pregnancy, childbirth and aging — your hips, core, and pelvic floor.
You’ll learn safe, effective exercises that restore strength, improve posture, and help prevent or manage common issues like low back pain, SIJ discomfort, hip pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Each class is capped at 12 women to ensure personalized attention.
