Your Instructor:

The class will be led by the Master Barista and Founder of Hill Tree Roastery, guiding you from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM with practical demonstrations and expert insights.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to brew a pour-over and the differences among manual brewing devices

• Water fundamentals: temperature, purification, and TDS

• What espresso actually is and how extraction works

• Types of espresso machines (pros, cons, and what fits your lifestyle)

• Single-origin coffee basics and flavor exploration

• Grind size and how it affects taste, extraction, and brew style
