Welcome to HIIT!

This beginner-friendly class is designed for ages 12+, open to all fitness levels and both men & women. Unlike your traditional HIIT session, this experience is repetitive, follow-the-leader style, making it easy to keep up, fun to follow, and full of energy, laughter, and community.

Your class includes:

  • Snacks & drinks provided
  • A warm-up, workout, & wrap-up inspiration led by Coach Bryant
  • Please bring a towel, water, and a mat (not mandatory)
  • Bonus fun: pack a jumprope and join in after class!

We also begin with prayer and close with uplifting words to leave you feeling confident, inspired, and unstoppable. Contact Coach Bryant (832)390-9310 for all question, concerns, and allergies. Safety, & health is our priority.

Who can join this class?

HIITFrequency is beginner-friendly, open to ages 12+, and welcomes all fitness levels, male & female. Modifications are included, for your needs.

Do I need prior HIIT or gym experience?

No not at all. No experience needed! This class is follow-the-leader style, making it easy to catch on and enjoy.

What should I bring?

Bring a towel, water, and optional mat. A jump rope is encouraged if you’d like to join in the fun after class. Invite a friend, accountability partner.

Where is parking?

Parking is free, and located out front. There is a large parking lot.

Where is the building located?

Once you drive through the gate, go forward twice and the area is on your right. Then you will see the warehouse gym entrance is on your left. Call 10-20 minutes before class if you need further assistance.

Can I book in-person?

Unfortunately no. Please book the class in advance. Due to your instructor preparation, and professionalism.

Is the class virtual (online) as well?

No, I do not offer online services at the moment.

How long is the class?

The class runs for 1 hour (6:45 PM – 7:45 PM).

Is video taping & photography allowed?

Yes, capturing your workout moments is allowed! ?? We just ask that you are mindful of others’ privacy and avoid blocking the instructor or disrupting the flow of class.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers are best. Be ready to move, sweat, and have fun! We have a color theme, I’ll love for you to participate.

Are refunds available?

Payments are non-refundable, but if you can’t make it, you may be able to transfer your booking to a future class (contact Coach Bryant for details).

What’s the vibe of the class?

Expect pre-workout, high energy, uplifting music, prayer, laughter, encouragement, and community support. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you arrived.
