This workshop blends expert presentation design with research-based adult learning principles to help you craft sessions that connect with purpose and are delivered with power and precision.

Led by author & speaker, Alisa Simeral, you’ll dig into the critical differences between pedagogy (how children learn) and andragogy (how adults learn)- and discover how understanding those distinctions can completely transform how you design and deliver learning for adults.

Through hands-on practice, fresh strategies, and real-time feedback, you’ll explore how to structure content for clarity, design flow for engagement, and adapt your delivery to meet diverse adult learners where they are.
