We are pleased to announce that Prof. Hideaki Ishii will be the speaker of the 2025 Colloquium Roberto Tempo in Automatica.
These Colloquia Series are dedicated to the memory of our friend and colleague Roberto Tempo, who passed away suddenly in 2017 during a ski mountaineering trip in the Alps.
The Colloquia are general seminars delivered by renowned scientists, covering all aspects of systems and control as well as interdisciplinary subjects where control plays a fundamental role.
The event is organized by the IEEE Control Systems Society Italy Chapter, in collaboration with the Dipartimento di Ingegneria Elettrica e dell’Informazione (DEI) of Politecnico di Bari and the Information & Systems Engineering (ISE) group of CNR-IEIIT.
The Colloquia are co-sponsored by the Italy Chapters of the IEEE Robotics & Automation Society, the IEEE Power & Energy Society, the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, and the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society.
A light buffet (aperitivo) will be offered by DEI after the Colloquium.
To reach a broader audience, the seminar will also be streamed online.
Registration is required only for in-person attendance.
