Over the last 10+ years, I've collected a toolkit of practices that support my life. Some I've picked up in the last year, others have been there for a decade. I want to share a few of my favourite things with you.
In this ode to presence, I'm sharing techniques and rituals that are bedded into my body and breath, the ones that bring me (and many others) back home.
What to expect:
✍️ Combined writing and somatic movement practice
🌬️ Gentle breathing techniques
🌪️ A vigorous shake out (and optional boogie)
👣 Slow, seated stretches with eye movements to stimulate the vagus nerve (our rest and digest companion)
🧘♂️ Deep reclined rest: Yoga Nidra meditation
👂🏻Optional sharing/listening circle (the last 10-15 mins will be reserved for shares, you're welcome to dip out at 8:45 if you like).

You'll need:
- candle
- pen and paper
- yoga mat or towel
- blankets and cushions (anything that makes you feel comfortable while seated and lying down).
