Join Master Herbalist Lehlieh “Lela” Garyu, for an engaging hands-on herbal workshop focusing on the medicinal benefits of West African herbs.
This class is designed to help participants learn how to use herbs safely and effectively to support the fertility and respiratory systems of the body.
During this interactive session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Check-In & Meet + Greet Guests arrive, check in, and get settled. Tea and mingling with the instructor and fellow attendees. ⸻ 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Welcome & Introduction Opening remarks by Lehlieh “Lela” Garyu, overview of the workshop, and introduction to West African herbal practices focused on fertility and respiratory health. ⸻ 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM | Herbal Education & Guided Interactive Session In-depth discussion on the medicinal properties and uses of select West African herbs, followed by a guided demonstration. Participants will learn how to prepare herbal tinctures and teas safely and effectively. ⸻ 1:15 PM – 1:45 PM | Hands-On Creation: Tincture or Tea Making Each participant will craft their own herbal tincture or tea blend using provided materials. Lela will assist and answer questions during the process. ⸻ 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM | Q&A + Closing Remarks Open discussion for final questions, sharing experiences, and closing remarks
