The Run Down
The Run Down
We’ll begin with a brief introduction and make sure everyone has their ingredients ready. I’ll guide you step-by-step through making each mocktail. As we sip, we’ll discuss the flavor profile, the herbs traditionally used in each drink, and share insights into herbalism, functional beverages, and the non-alcoholic beverage industry. We’ll move through all three drinks at a relaxed pace, then close with a final toast and time for Q&A.
