About this event

Are you curious about working with the plants and herbs growing on the land around you but aren’t sure how to get started? Consider joining our monthly Herbal Series!

You will learn to identify, sustainably harvest, and make herbal preparations of the plants easily found in your neighborhood and backyard.

Time will be spent connecting with the plants and will also include an herb walk, foraging, and hands-on practical experience making various herbal preparations.

Join us and learn how to make herbal preparations that can support you and your family's immune health during the autumn and winter months. You'lllearn about oxymels and syrups, and about the importance of fire cider as a folk remedy for everyone. You will make fire cider and elderberry syrup to take home with you.

From the herbal curious to beginner and through to advanced herbalists are welcome. Ask us about joining the certificate program!

General Admission: $44
Community Supported: $35
