Her Story Unwritten is a 3-part virtual workshop series for the woman ready to release who she was, reclaim who she is, and rise into the author of who she’s becoming.

Across three guided sessions, you’ll move through a journey of release, reclamation, and rebirth — shedding the narratives that no longer fit and writing the next chapter from a place of truth and power.

What to Expect

✨ Session 1 — Honor & Release
Let go of the stories and identities that no longer serve you. A guided reflection and ritual to clear emotional weight and create space for what’s next.

🔥 Session 2 — Reclaim & Redefine
Rediscover your voice and your truth. Through journaling, discussion, and somatic practices, you’ll reconnect to the woman beneath the noise and expectations.

🌕 Session 3 — Embody & Rewrite
Step into authorship. Define the life you’re ready to live and anchor it through embodiment, intention, and integration.

Each 90-minute session weaves together storytelling, guided ritual, intuitive reflection, and embodied practices designed to help you come home to yourself.

This isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
