Her Space: A Soft Start

We’re so excited to be hosting our very first Her Space event! Start the New Year with a Sunday afternoon just for you, a chance to slow down, in a chilled, welcoming space.

We’ll be running a chill Pilates session that’s suitable for all levels, so whether you’re a regular or trying it for the first time, you’ll feel right at home. It’s all about moving your body, switching off, and enjoying some proper time for yourself. It’s also the perfect chance to meet new people, enjoy the vibe, and take a break from your usual routine.
