Is this a pole dance class?

No, we are a pole and aerial dance studio, but heels dance is not a pole class.

Where are you located?

Although our studio is private, we are located INSIDE of Powerhouse Gym at 3251 W Hillsborough Ave. You will use the main gym entrance to get to us.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear a sassy outfit, bring knee pads, and heels with a 2”-3” heel height. Excited to see you there! We keep some loaner knee pads on hand as needed.

Aniesa had been dancing professionally for over 20 years. She has performed for shows at Disney, Universal, and Grammy nominated artists. She loves making art, inspiring others, being a bright light in the world, and co-creating for Velvet Scorpion.

HEELS & FEELS is a heel’s choreography class created to awaken the sensual feminine energy within you while having a good time. You’ll learn heels musicality, dance foundations, and explore some sultry choreography in a safe supportive environment.

This is an ALL LEVELS class. No heels experience? No problem! Wear a sassy outfit, bring knee pads, and heels with a 2”-3” heel height. Excited to see you there!
