Singing with the likes of Chick Corea, Sarah Vaughn and other jazz greats, Heather Vidal perfected her skills with melody as well as harmony. But her passion for folk, rock, and blues led her into live performances in bars, festivals, house concerts, etc., as she realized music would become her career.

After a three year tour with a successful rock band, Heather formed a duo called Copper Sky which lasted 25 years. Those years with her partner taught her how to connect on a personal level with the audience and entertain with both music and fun.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with several musicians in a variety of genres. Little did she know that by keeping her mind open to different styles, it would help guide her into her own songwriting. Along with her original music, Heather has an ability to interpret other writer's material while honoring the artist's message. She truly "herds the cats" and commands an audience by entertaining through humor and story telling.
