HeartSpace v5: A Ritual of No Separation

Welcome to HeartSpace v5! Hosted by Amber Julian of Activation Arts Productions.
Join us for a magical evening where creatives of all mediums come together to express, be in commUNITY, witness and be witnessed from the heart! Artists have an opportunity to showcase and share anything they are called to share.

The theme this edition is Honoring The Lineage! Feel free to dress the part or express yourself in any way you see fit. This in-person event will feature an opening and closing dj set, open mic performances, live music, and art exchanges. If you feel called, please bring items to contribute to the community altar. Everyone is welcomed and highly encouraged to dress up and express themselves to honor the thin veil, Halloween energy.

Join the journey of sound, movement, and story telling in this playful exploration of improvised creativity. Throughout the evening, folks will experience different community building activites to create a sense of connection and participation for all involved.

The evening will open up with a DJ set by resident artist, Marcel Surreal! Folks of all artistic mediums are then invited to share for the open mic. Following that will be an experimental exchange segment with special guests, Audiopharmacy!

The event will then be topped off with a fire dance party from 9-10pm curated by DJ Marcel Surreal.

Bambu Kitchen will have Chef Kamani Edwards providing some delicous vegan food for sale: Coconut garlic rice, Soul Food Salad, Vegan Gumbo, Teriyaki Noodles w/ peanut sauce & veggies

We will have some amazing vendors including community favorite, MossLyfe, some light snacks, refreshments, and jewelry!
