Designed for trauma therapists and survivors alike, this interactive 90-minute workshop explores the powerful, evidence-based techniques of HeartMath to regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and foster resilience. Led by Pierre, a seasoned facilitator with over 25 years of experience in healing and energy management, this session will introduce heart-focused breathing and coherence-building practices that create a tangible shift in emotional well-being.

Through a blend of scientific explanation, practical exercises, and trauma-informed applications, participants will engage in hands-on techniques to manage stress, process emotions safely, and build sustainable resilience. This engaging Zoom session ensures a fully interactive experience, leaving participants with practical tools they can immediately integrate into their work and personal healing journeys.


Objectives:

  1. Understand the Science of HeartMath:Participants will learn the foundational principles of HeartMath techniques, including heart-focused breathing and coherence, and how these practices calm the nervous system and support emotional healing.
  2. Develop Trauma-Informed Resilience Skills:Participants will explore trauma-informed strategies to manage overwhelming emotions and stress in a safe, grounded way, tailored to individuals navigating trauma or seeking emotional resilience.
  3. Apply Practical Tools for Emotional Balance:Participants will gain hands-on experience with simple, accessible HeartMath exercises designed to promote emotional regulation, restore calm, and build afoundation of resilience for everyday life.


Pierre’s bio:

Pierre is part of the Vibrant Yoga team with 25 years of education, facilitation and healing experience. After a successful Technology Sales record, Pierre was inspired to understand how healing happens within individuals, groups and organizations. As a practitioner and coach, he has worked with over 15,000 individuals on navigating their healing journey through clinical bodywork, breathwork mastery, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, heart coherence training, nature-based healing practices and now the emerging field of social-emotional relationship skill development. Pierre’s quest to understand how humans’ harness (and compromise) their body’s energy management is at the heart of his work. He has started multiple cutting edge businesses utilizing neuro-recovery technologies, brain-based psychology apps, and grounded hands-on healing techniques to provide a comprehensive solution to restoring health and well-being. Pierre has worked with corporate organizations, as well as athletes and teams in the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLS, ATP, PGA and NCAA. His deep care, compassion, and wisdom provides an uplifting atmosphere for inspired healing, learning and growth.
