Hearth is a warm, grounded network for therapists, teachers and wellbeing practitioners who want In Real Life community, not competition. It’s a place where you can meet others who understand the realities of this work, share wisdom, build collaborations, and feel supported rather than alone. Through monthly gatherings, shared learning, CPD-style sessions and cross-studio opportunities, Hearth helps independent practitioners grow their practices with clarity, confidence and connection. We partner with heart-led Host Studios across Sussex to create local “fires” of support — so wherever you practise, you have a home base and a circle of peers around you.

Our monthly Hearth Gather are a chance for therapists, teachers, healers and wellbeing practitioners to step out of isolation and into real community. Whether you’re new to practice or decades in, you’ll find a welcoming circle of people who “get it” — the challenges, the tenderness, the joy, and the desire to make a meaningful difference.

Why come? Because your work isn’t meant to be done alone. You’ll leave with new friends, fresh ideas, supportive connections, and opportunities to be considered for collaborations, referrals and community events within the wider Hearth network. These gatherings are relaxed, heart-led and genuinely useful — a blend of conversation, connection and gentle structure that helps you feel seen and supported.

You’ll also enjoy a warm cup of tea and a little nibble, because nourishment matters.

This evening is hosted at Lyona in Hurstpierpoint. Other locations are available.
