Heart on Paper: Journaling as a Path to Inner Wisdom
Overview
As the season turns and the year begins to settle, this workshop invites you to pause, look back, and gather what has grown in your life. Through guided prompts and gentle reflection, we’ll explore the moments, insights, and quiet shifts that have shaped us this year.
Together, on the page, we will discover journaling as a meaningful tool for self-exploration and emotional clarity.
This workshop is an opportunity to:
- Slow down and listen to the quiet voice within
- Unearth insights, memories, and wisdom you didn’t know you carried
- Experience the grounding and healing power of putting pen to paper
- Connect in a supportive space where your voice matters and your story is welcome
- Take advantage of the opportunity to be coached on anything that surfaced during writing
- Leave feeling more connected to yourself—and your next step forward
What to expect:
- Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
- A warm, welcoming space (sharing is always optional)
- Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
You don’t need to consider yourself a “writer.” Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:
Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
