Join us for an afternoon of guided journaling, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the soft, steady places within us that often go unheard in the rush of daily life.
- We explore how journaling can illuminate experiences, deepen self-awareness, and connect us to our inner wisdom.
- We will use gentle prompts and reflection to explore how memory lives in us—shaping our perspective, reconnecting us to what matters, and revealing what’s ready to emerge.
- We create space for stillness, curiosity, and honest self-expression—where even a few words can shift how we see ourselves.
- We write not to fix or solve, but to listen—to the questions beneath the surface and the quiet truths waiting to be named.
What to expect:– Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts– A warm, welcoming space (sharing is always optional)– Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence
You don’t need to consider yourself a “writer.” Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
Facilitated by:Janine Grossmann and Laura Paradise – two certified coaches who believe in the power of words, self-trust, and the heart’s quiet guidance.
