Overview

Join us for Heart of Yule, a Winter Solstice celebration blending gentle Sun Salutation yoga, the traditional Yule Log burning, & community!

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a heart-centered evening of movement, rhythm, and ancient Yule magic. Join us for Heart of Yule: A Solstice Celebration with Movement and Rhythm, a soulful gathering designed to help you release the old year and welcome the returning light.

This immersive experience includes:

  • A gentle Sun Salutation yoga flow led by Cori Wise
  • The traditional Yule Log burning ritual
  • A vibrant community drum circle (bring your own drum if you have one!)
  • Intention-setting and journaling for the new cycle
  • A shared potluck-style snack table

Wear comfy clothing, bring a dish or snack to share, and bring a journal and drum if you have one. Together, we’ll honor the turning of the wheel, reconnect with our inner light, and step into the season with renewed energy, clarity, and joy.
