Join us for an immersive workshop focused on holistic breast health, lymphatic care, and energetic healing. Led by a licensed massage therapist, holistic breast health educator, Reiki Master, lymphatic drainage specialist, and Master Level Yoga Instructor, this day is designed to empower and reconnect you with your body.
What to Expect:
- Gentle, guided lymphatic and breast massage techniques
- Learn to identify breast tissue texture and notice signs of congestion
- PowerPoint overview of the lymphatic system and breast anatomy
- Heart-activating meditation and optional Reiki support
- Group energy work and healing circle
- Open sharing and supportive community space
- Welcome ritual with smudging to clear and ground
- Hands-on demonstration and practice of lymphatic drainage
- Optional use of a lymphatic vaccum cupping machine
